Who we need
A fantastic opportunity for the ideal candidate to work in a dynamic team and provide support for work placement recruitment. This will be achieved by working closely with a caseload of students to understand their placement needs and help match them to work placement vacancies we have available. Key responsibilities in the role include:
provide outstanding levels of business support for employers who are supporting a learner on a work placement.
Promote vacancies for 30-hour work placements, T level and mandatory placements to caseload of students seeking opportunities.
Provide a 1:1 matching service for students to fill these vacancies and agree with employers who will be attending and load student details in to the Navigate system
Be the key point of contact for non-attendance at placement to ensure students are safeguarded at all times on placement.
What you’ll bring
The ideal candidate will have generalist experience and knowledge of working with employers and stakeholders and developing new contacts. Essential skills in the role include:
Have effective communication skills
Work at pace, managing and prioritising your workload
Ability to organise and motivate students, providing constructive feedback whilst keeping effective records.
Strong client servicing and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to be confident in building strong business relationships
Ability to solve complex problems and to deal calmly and efficiently with emergency situations
