Please join us for our third Policy and research group, from this we will be submitting a paper to DfE to try to influence change.
The topic of this round table will be ESFA Funding.
FIN members have raised a concern regarding the 50% achievement threshold. Firstly, we fully understand the impact of July’s ESFA instruction that requires providers with less than a 50% Qualification Achievement Rate (QAR) for an individual standard in 2023/24 to stop new starts in that apprenticeship programme. FIN members have raised serious concerns about how this would impact on a provider’s strategic planning, business development and cashflow.
