We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a passionate and dynamic professional to join a dynamic team as a Management and Business Administration Apprenticeships Trainer. This hybrid role combines the flexibility of remote work with the security of one of the UK’s leading work-based training organisations delivering Apprenticeship Programmes throughout the country. The role is based in the North East of England working from home, the successful applicant will deliver a blend of face to face, remote and workshop delivery which will involve traveling to various sites and geographical locations delivering Apprenticeship Standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspire and Educate: Deliver in-depth training for Management and Business Administration
Manage and Mentor: Oversee a caseload of learners, guiding them to develop the skills and knowledge required for success in their careers.
Flexible Work Environment: Enjoy a hybrid working model that allows for both remote work and face-to-face interactions during progress reviews and personalized tutoring sessions within your designated region.
Experience and Skills Required:
Teaching qualification: PTLLS, DTLLS, AET etc.
Communicate at all levels within a business.
Motivate individuals through achievement of their Standard and the understanding of how to set SMART targets.
Demonstrate good levels of numeracy and literacy to support learners.
Motivate yourself and manage your own diary.
Work to and meet set targets in delivery
