Online Training and Employment Support Specialist

Our clients are a new Community Interest Company dedicated to developing projects that engage and empower women who are currently outside the labour market. Their mission is to conduct research and provide support that will help them transition into work, education, and training. They are looking for an Employment advisor that can join in their  efforts to create a more inclusive and equitable society.
Location: Remote (Core hours 10am-2pm, flexible working over four or five days)
Responsibilities:
Conduct one online workshop per week focusing on skills development, job readiness, and confidence-building.
Provide 10 one-to-one online coaching sessions per week, offering personalized guidance and support.
Review and improve 10 CVs per week to ensure they meet industry standards and highlight the strengths of each participant.
Prepare one new article, video, or innovative idea per week for the Grow App, aimed at providing continuous learning and inspiration.
Support disadvantaged mothers in the London Borough of Newham to be trained and work in schools through specialized programs.
Empower women through the Diverse Childminders Project, fostering confidence in self-employment and childminding, and creating communities of diverse childminders.
Qualifications:
Experience in online training, coaching, or mentoring, especially with individuals re-entering the workforce.
Strong understanding of the challenges faced by mothers further from work, particularly those with English as a second language.
Proficiency in developing and delivering engaging online workshops and training materials.
Ability to provide constructive feedback on CVs and conduct effective mock interviews.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A second language is an advantage but not required.
