Job Title: Women in Leadership Trainer / Assessor

Location: Remote – Must be flexible with travel to London for team meetings and workshop delivery

Salary: up to £38,000 (Depending on skills and experience)

Essential Criteria;

– Must have experience of delivering full Apprenticeship Standards in Leadership and Management / Operations Departmental Manager Level 5 and ideally Women in Leadership modules.
– Hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
– Must hold occupational competency within Management.
– Must have a good level of ICT skills.
– Confident to support learners Maths and English Functional Skills.
– Happy to conduct online remote assessments – and face to face when required.
– Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
– Must be flexible with travel.

Duties:

– Assess and support learners working towards the CMI Level 5 Apprenticeship in Women in Leadership. 
– Create an engaging curriculum in conjunction with the curriculum design team.
– As part of the Higher Apprenticeship delivery, you will conduct workshop and 1-1 sessions (online and face to face) with Managers, sharing experiences, leading informal / professional discussions and exploration of latest leadership trends.
– Record professional discussions on specific units / topics based on knowledge, independent research and reflective accounts.
– Delivering 1-1 and group-based training to learners, along with field-based assessments.
– Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews are conducted.
– Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
– Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
– Work to learner review and completion timescales.
