Position
Location: Remote based
Hours: Full Time, Permanent 36.5 hours a week (Monday – Friday)
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 (Plus bonus scheme)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Tutor to join our team to deliver Accountancy qualifications levels 2-4. As a PT for us, you will use your knowledge and experience in accountancy to support a diverse caseload of learners through their AAT qualifications (levels 2, 3 and 4)

This role will be focussing on AAT Levels 2-4 and you’ll be providing support to our learners to see them succeed in their career, using your unique edge alongside our innovative learner management system and latest technology you will guide your learners through their learner journey to drive progression forwards and execute high performance and deliver achievement result.

You’ll help deliver an outstanding experience to every accountancy learner by:

· Engaging, motivating, and encouraging them to achieve through differentiated, impactful, and innovative teaching and learning

. Deliver consistent levels of great service

. Ensure learners are fully prepared with a completed portfolio in preparation for EPA Gateway

. Harness the use of technology, learning resources, virtual college, and the facilitation of workplace on the job training

. Conduct consistent, planned, progressive visits and reviews with both the learner and employer

. Promote and safeguard the welfare of the children, young people, and individuals you encounter

Requirements
What we need from you:

· Teaching qualification (AET, DET, Cert Ed, PGCE)

. Level 4 AAT qualification

· GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above or equivalent Functional Skills qualifications

· Experience of delivering AAT apprenticeships

. Experience managing a diverse caseload with varying learning requirements

· Relevant occupational competency within the accountancy sector

· A strong track record of supporting learners through End Point Assessment

· Ability to exceed targets and deadlines without close supervision
