Overview
“Quality” is an excessively used term within apprenticeships especially due to its fundamental link to Ofsted and Ofsted inspections. But what does ‘quality’ actually mean in reality and in practice; is there a lack of clarity around ‘what good looks like’ when it comes to quality assurance and how do providers ensure that quality is being managed, measured and monitored?
