We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Director to lead our clients diverse portfolio of funded programs, including the Adult Education Budget, Multiply, Bootcamps, and Vocational Learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategy: Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the operations team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Program Management: Oversee the successful delivery of various funding streams, including the Adult Education Budget, Multiply, Bootcamps, and Vocational Learning programs.
Operational Excellence: Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness, implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including funding bodies, partners, and regulatory agencies.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all programs meet compliance requirements and maintain the highest standards of quality and performance.
Financial Management: Manage budgets, financial forecasting, and resource allocation to optimize program outcomes and ensure sustainability.
Team Development: Mentor and develop a high-performing operations team, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Performance Management: Establish and monitor performance metrics to ensure that all programs meet or exceed established targets and outcomes. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall performance.

Qualifications and Experience:

Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience as an Operations Director or in a senior operations role within the employability and skills sector.
Program Expertise: In-depth knowledge and experience managing funded programs, particularly the Adult Education Budget, Multiply, Bootcamps, and Vocational Learning.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and translate vision into actionable plans.
