Our clients have been established for over 40 years and specialise in the delivery of Apprenticeships and Vocational training through NVQs. Teacher assistants support lead teachers by providing extra help and guidance to students. They often work individually with students to ensure they grasp the material and assist during practical sessions. Full-time and part-time positions available.
Responsibilities
Assist teachers by providing support and reinforcement for lessons.
Offer one-on-one or small group instruction and review of lessons.
Help with administrative tasks such as attendance and grading.
Prepare materials and equipment for lessons.
Supervise students during class, lunch, breaks, between classes, and on outings or trips.
Requirements
Previous experience as a teaching assistant
Occupational experience in the automotive industry
Experience working with young learner aged 16+
