Role: Internal Quality Assurer | Location: Remote | Salary: from £31,000

We’re actively seeking an Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) to support our Hospitality Vocational Trainers and oversee our Management and HR Apprenticeships.

About the Role

As an Internal Quality Assurer, you’ll monitor and evaluate assessment activities, ensuring compliance and identifying risks. You will conduct sampling interventions, evaluate evidence, and prepare comprehensive IQA reports. You’ll also contribute to improving training programs by identifying themes and participating in Quality Development initiatives.

This job is remote, working from home. No travel to our Head Office is required. There will be quarterly face-to-face team meetings and travel expenses can be expensed.

As an Internal Quality Assurer, you will:

● Monitor and evaluate assessment activities to ensure compliance.
● Conduct sampling interventions and evaluate evidence.
● Prepare comprehensive IQA reports and share insights with stakeholders.
● Identify and address risks or areas of good practice.
● Ensure compliance with ESFA regulations.
● Manage end point assessment referrals.
● Process APA and RPL components accurately.
● Contribute to Quality Development initiatives.

About you

We’re seeking an Internal Quality Assurer with previous experience in a Quality role within a Vocational Training organisation, or similar. Along with the following skills and experience:

● A Level 4 TAQA qualification or equivalent.
● A Level 5 or higher management qualification.
● Hands-on experience in Hospitality Management, covering areas such as F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office, or Conference & Events.
● Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
● Exposure to HR scenarios within the hospitality sector is a plus.
