Workforce developments fit for the future, sector survey analysis and exploring Ofsted’s expectations for highly effective CPD

Join Kerry Boffey FIN and Alex Miles AMFE as they delve into recent Ofsted report findings and discuss how you can contribute to shaping a future-ready FE & Skills Workforce. Current survey findings include a wide range of responses from across the FE & skills remits and institutions, which is providing us with some great insight into training organisations own internal skills needs . As the FE sector was absent from many LSIP priorities, we are using this as an opportunity to complete our own mini-LSIP dedicated to the FE & skills sector! Our workforce needs survey is running until March 2024, we are also completing 1-2-1meetings with providers and regional networks to gain further insight as well as employers, learners and sector bodies.
