Using #EdTech in your FE role? Have your say about how it should be used
The Education and Training Foundation (ETF) are asking the Further Education (FE) and Training sector workforce whether they use technology in their teaching, learning and assessment.
This short survey focuses on if and how technology is used and wider perceptions on the use of technology in FE roles.

As the government backed workforce and professional development body for the sector, it is vital we are responsive, effective and provide the support the FE workforce wants and needs. Therefore, it is important to hear from a wide range of the sector’s workforce from across the nation and from all types of provider. Everyone’s voice and opinion matters, whatever your views are on using technology for learning,
Key questions include:
- Whether you use technology in your teaching, learning and assessment?
- How confident are you in using technology?
- Would you like to use it more?
- Are you confused about why people are talking about technology for learning?
The findings will help ETF to gain a better understanding of what is happening in the sector around technology now. The aim is to follow up in future to find out what, if anything, has changed in relation to technology use.
