New employer apprenticeship support project launched in Yorkshire!

We’re committed to making apprenticeships work for small businesses in Yorkshire, busting myths & barriers and aiding our region to be a positive contributor to growing Apprenticeship starts & economic growth over the next 3 years.

We’ll hold sector clinics for employers to drop in & hear about opportunities, myth bust & raise the profile of apprenticeships. 

SME activity will include marketing the benefits of apprenticeships and being a critical friend through the sign up & onboarding process, including using digital account, workplace mentor training, developing robust review processes plus keep in touch meetings from engagement to EPA. 

We work closely with MCA’s & LEPs across Yorkshire, all supporting our submission for SME activity.  We’re partners of Apprenticeship, Growth & Careers hubs locally & CBI Associate Director of SME’s has confirmed support for our work, targeting local sectoral SME’s disengaged or haven’t engaged previously with information sharing protocols in place to allow for this activity to happen seamlessly.
