University of Arts London awarded Gold Standard Soil Association accreditation

University of the Arts London (UAL) have recently been awarded the Gold Standard accreditation from the Soil Association, in recognition of their stellar sustainable catering to students. UAL is the first University to achieve this award and for the fourth year running they have been commended for the high standard of the catering services provided by BaxterStorey.

As the country’s leading organic certifier, the Soil Association ensures the highest standards of provenance and traceability at all catering outlets, making sure all meals are prepared using environmentally sustainable and seasonal ingredients.
