Details

To continue to be registered as a PCDL learning provider you will need to read the PCDL learning provider list guidance and complete the appropriate forms when applicable:

• Form B – to notify of changes to learning provider details and course registration
• Form C – early course completion

The final date to register a new course is 31 December 2018. The final date for learners to submit applications to The Co-operative Bank is 25 January 2019.
