Babington achieves Gold Investors In People accreditation
Investors in People is delighted to award Babington, a national independent training provider of Apprenticeship programmes, the We Invest in People Gold Accreditation.
Gold accreditation means that you’ve got the policies in place but more than that, it means everyone – from CEO to apprentice – takes ownership for making them come to life.
Only 17% of our accredited organisations achieve Gold.
Babington has a unique, collaborative culture in which the senior team instils an open, honest and people orientated ethos to encourage a real sense of belonging. This creates a common sense of purpose around developing better futures for people.
Babington’s people are central to the success of all of our services and products. This is achieved through the group’s people-orientated culture, which seeks to promote development, innovation and best practice.
Paul Devoy, CEO of Investors in People, said: “We’d like to congratulate Babington Business College. Gold accreditation on We invest in people is a fantastic effort for any organisation, and places Babington Business College in fine company with a host of organisations that understand the value of people.”
Commenting on the award, David Marsh, Chief Executive Officer, said: “This really is fantastic news – a great achievement and an amazing chance to reflect on all the great improvements we have had throughout the business in the past few years – what a great boost.”
