NEW MESMA ONLINE COURSE TO BOOST QUALITY MANAGEMENT SKILLS IN FURTHER EDUCATION

Online quality assurance specialists Mesma has announced a new round of its popular webinar programme, designed to help education professionals enhance their understanding of workplace quality management and continuous improvement. 

Following the success of its first cohort, the next six-part ‘Developing Quality Improvement Strategies in Further Education and Skills’ course, which is aimed at those in the education and training sectors who have quality responsibilities as part of their role but want to boost their professional skills, kicks off on 8 May.

The course will be delivered across six sessions, starting with an introduction to quality management covering key principles, methodologies and how quality can improve the effectiveness of an organisation.

Other sessions will include leading and implementing change, advice on choosing quality management tools and guidance on how to write a self-assessment plan. Techniques for developing and sustaining continuous improvement plans and preparing an organisation for an Ofsted inspection, will also be covered.

Mesma’s director Carole Loader said: “The webinar content is for individuals who are entering into or have quality responsibilities as part of their role, and willadvance their understanding of quality management and continuous improvement.”

The course is £250 + VAT, while an individual webinar costs £45 + VAT. Delegates who book onto the full series will be eligible for a six month complimentary access to Mesma ‘Develop’, allowing them to self-evaluate, create a CPD plan, download their reports, and development plans as well as gain access to course related material.
