Adult Education Budget Funding and Performance Management Rules 2017 to 2018 – Version 2
This week ESFA will publish version 2 of the Adult Education Budget Funding and Performance Management Rules 2017 to 2018.
The main change is the inclusion of performance management rules. Based on provider feedback we have also changed the workplace learning rule (paragraph 157) back to the rule published in 2016 to 2017. This change will support eligible learners enrolling on courses that can be delivered in the workplace for 2017 to 2018.
These rules apply to all providers of education and training who receive adult education budget funding from the ESFA.
