Speakers from the Voice of Apprenticeship Conference: Todd Thibodeux, Crawford Knott and Ian Bamford
FE News catches up with some of the speakers from the Voice of Apprenticeships conference in London, run by Apprenticeships 4 England.
First up is Todd Thibodeux, chief executive of US IT trade association CompTia, who outlines the importance of Apprenticeships.
He explains how they provide apprentices with the foundation for the rest of their working lives, and how he has been so impressed with the scheme in the UK that will be taking the idea back to the US.

Ian Bamford, director of operations and quality at First 4 Skills, highlights why Apprenticeships must remain high on the agenda, particularly with the new funding reforms.
