ADP (@ADP) secures placement in the 2021 Global Diversity Best Practices Inclusion Index

ADP, a leading global technology company providing human capital management and payroll solutions, has earned a spot on the 2021 Diversity Best Practices (DBP) Global Inclusion Index presented by Seramount (formerly Working Mother Media), in recognition of its commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Placement on the Index recognises efforts in three focus areas: transparency and demographics; best practices in recruitment, retention and advancement; and corporate culture and accountability. ADP’s commitment to creating a culture of inclusion earned the company a place on the Index in France and Singapore as well.ADP earned particular praise in the corporate culture segment, which measures engagement in best practices to ensure an inclusive company culture. Out of a maximum possible score of 100%, ADP achieved 98%, highlighting its dedication to creating and maintaining a supportive and nurturing work environment for all.

The DBP Inclusion Index recognises leading companies and organisations that are driving effective solutions in diversity, equity, and inclusion. It was established in 2017 by Diversity Best Practices, a division of Working Mother Media – an outstanding organisation that works to foster best practices and develop innovative solutions for positive culture change.

The Index helps organisations understand trends and gaps in demographic representation, identifying diversity, equity, and inclusion solutions to close the gaps.
