Outdoor adventurers will make lifelong memories at Inspiring Learning’s new centre at Green Park
A NEW site has been added to the Inspiring Learning portfolio of activity centres to give even more young people and adults the chance take part in a life-changing adventure.
With 80-acres of rolling parkland and mature woodland, Green Park Activity Centre, in Buckinghamshire, is the perfect location to ensure Inspiring Learning can continue to deliver its incredible experiences through outdoor education.
Schools and groups will be able to make use of the fantastic facilities on offer as part of Kingswood’s residential and adventure day programmes, while businesses can take advantage of the site through apprenticeship, leadership and developmental training programmes with Skern Training & Skills. Children aged three to 16 will also be able to make new friends, try new activities and relax and unwind after the stresses of the last year by taking part in Camp Beaumont’s exciting day camps at the venue this summer.
Outdoor adventures are really made for this site and both young people and adults will be able to thrive while learning through the exhilarating experiences on offer. Not only does the centre provide a 25-metre swimming pool and large sports hall, there’s even more excitement outside in the grounds. People will be able to conquer their fears on the high ropes and low ropes courses and test their confidence and resilience on the climbing tower and zip wires. There is also plenty of space for archery, problem solving activities and even foot golf too.
While the activities on offer may appear just fun and games, they have all been carefully designed to encourage participants to become more confident and resilient while building on essential life skills such as communication, problem solving, leadership and teamwork.
Alex Williamson, CEO of Inspiring Learning, said:
“We are very excited to be bringing our educational adventure programmes to Green Park and we hope this new acquisition demonstrates our ongoing commitment to providing outdoor education for all. The site is home to fantastic facilities and is in a brilliant and easily accessible location for businesses, schools and groups to come and enjoy our wide range of programmes on offer and make memories to last a lifetime.”
